Meet Sarah Lee


After years of attempting different healthy lifestyles, I discovered CrossFit and the Paleo Diet. Like most people, my initial reaction was "that's extreme!" In 2009, I attended Rob Wolf's nutrition seminar, and my perception of nutrition has forever changed.

As a mother, I wanted to feed my family as healthy as I could. I used my years of cooking experience to create methods and recipes, so the family wouldn't leave the table feeling hungry or bored. Eating healthy shouldn't be a punishment. It should enrich our lives, give us more energy and give us a better quality of life.

My goal, is to take all the work and excuses out of your life. You can eat healthy, with convenience, at a fantastic price. Every bite you eat from Sarah's Paleo Kitchen, is made with the same love as the meals I have been feeding my family and friends for years.
